The Standard at Fort Collins is not your typical CSU off campus housing — for the convenience of our residents, installment payments include cable, high-speed Internet, a furniture package, flat-screen TVs, pest control, and access to the wide range of resort-style community amenities specifically tailored to the needs and wants of students.
Installment payments are due on the first day of each month. Residents may submit installment payments as secure online payments or, alternatively, they may drop off payments in the form of a check at the leasing office. Monthly payments received after 9 a.m. on the fourth (4th) day of the month are considered late and may result in late fees.

The number of bathrooms in each unit depends upon the chosen floor plan; residents may choose among five different floor plans, each of which includes all the essentials and appliances required for a lavish lifestyle and a well-rounded college experience. Private and shared bathroom options are available on select floor plans.

The Standard at Fort Collins offers studio, 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom floor plans, each of which includes custom designer furnishings and top-quality appliances. Our residents never have to struggle to find an available parking spot. Upon signing a housing contract, residents are provided with the option to purchase a parking pass for conveniently located anytime-access into the on-site parking garage, which is located adjacent to our student community.

Our student community strives to make college living as simple as possible for residents — to help students accomplish a stress-free lifestyle, we offer 12-month housing contracts, which span from August to July each year. Our contracts allow students to move into off campus apartments near Colorado State University just in time for the upcoming semester.
